Ingredients

1 lb
Shrimp, extra large
1  
Lime juice
4  
scallions, chopped
3 clv
garlic minced
2 T
cilantro chopped
1 t
Sea Salt
1⁄4 c
olive oil

Directions

1. Peel and devein shrimp. Skewer shrimp (about 5 shrimp each).
2. Make marinade: combine remaining ingredients. Pour over skewers. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
3. Heat the Grill on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Shake excess marinade from skewers & place on the Grill.
4. Grill 3 or 4 minutes per side or until shrimp are fully cooked.
5. Serve with your favorite side dish or salad.
